In order to ensure that you obtain your desired appointments, we recommend scheduling your appointment as far in advance as possible to ensure availability. To reserve your desired appointment a credit card is required at the time of booking for new customers and appointments 1 hour in length or more to guarantee your reservation. This information is stored securely as part of our cancellation policy. You will not be charged unless there is a cancellation or no show which is a 50% fee of the service total. Upon checkout, guests may choose their method of payment.

Please notify the spa coordinator of any allergies or sensitivities to aromas or ingredients when you schedule your appointment.
All spa appointments have been designed to allow appropriate time for full enjoyment of each service. Your late arrival may limit our ability to offer the fullest possible experience. We will always accommodate you if possible, however if you arrive 15 minutes past your appointment, we may need to reschedule your service. Treatments will be rendered only for the remainder of the scheduled appointment and you will be responsible for payment for the full service. Our policy allows our staff to reschedule open appointment times with other guests who may be on our waiting list. Please remember that our staff works by appointment.
We recommend that you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your first scheduled appointment. This will allow ample time to fill out a client profile necessary to tailor our services to your personal needs and for you to begin relaxing and enjoying our facilities.

Inclement Weather Policy
Skin Innovations Spa’s standard policy is that appointments canceled with less than 48-hours notice incur a cancellation fee. During the winter months, we are willing to make an exception to that rule. If the metro area is under winter weather advisory and you believe that it would be unsafe or impossible for you to travel to your appointment, you may reschedule within the 24-hour window at no charge.
Prices and Services
Prices and services are subject to change without notice and may vary from technician to technician due to products or procedures. We will do our best to keep our clients up to date on any changes that may occur but encourage all clients to inquire about pricing and available services when booking your appointment. Although we offer planned spa packages for your convenience, you are welcome to combine any of our spa services for a custom package that meets your needs. Visa, Master Card or Discover cards accepted. There is a service charge of $25 for returned checks. You will also be responsible for any and all collection, attorney, and court fees if any.
Gratuity is not included in the price of service or spa packages; customary tipping is 15- 20% but is, of course, is greatly appreciated but not required. We do not process gratuities on credit cards.
We ask that you please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment time. We will do our best to accommodate late arrivals. However, the length of service may be adjusted so as to not interrupt the scheduled appointments of other guests. Full price of scheduled services will apply, so please plan accordingly. Of course beyond the check in policies we invite all our guest receiving services to make full use of our relaxing environment here at Karyn’s Day Spa. Come early, stay late, bring a book, relax and enjoy a cup of complimentary tea available in our relaxation area. Couples and spa parties are more than welcome to bring wine and we will provide the glasses.
It is our mission to provide you with the highest-quality of skin and body care products with your services. In the event you purchase any of our spa products for home use and find them to be defective, within reason we will exchange products within 7 days of purchase, provided a receipt is presented. Unfortunately we cannot provide refunds for returned products. Instead a spa credit will be provided for any returned products.
Series of Services
We are unable to process any returns or reimburse any payment transaction on any spa treatment series that are purchased. We will, however, exchange them for spa credit of equal value.
Modesty Concerns/What to Wear
It is never required that you are unclothed in front of anyone at our day spa. Towels and robes are provided and can keep you covered. Therapists are well trained in the “art of draping” which means that they leave the treatment room while you get under the sheet on the massage table, and they keep you covered at all times except for the area of the body they are massaging. They also leave the treatment room before you get up from the table. If you are having a treatment for the first time, feel free to ask the receptionist or therapist how you should be dressed for treatment. We want to make sure that you are comfortable, so please let us know if you have questions.
Our trained therapists and estheticians are here solely to help improve your wellness and relaxation. If a therapist ever feels that a client is behaving inappropriately, they are authorized to stop the treatment immediately and direct you to the front desk. We have the right to refuse services to anyone
May we suggest our gift cards for year round giving? Gift cards are refillable and reusable in any denomination. If a gift card is purchased for a specific service or package we will honor the price for 1 year after the date purchased. After 1 year, the redeemer will be responsible for any increases. For your convenience you may purchase gift cards over the phone. Gift cards are non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash or gratuities.
Please respect other guests by arranging someone to take care of your children during your services. Children under the age of 10 are not permitted in the Spa unless they are receiving service, and are accompanied by adult.
We kindly ask that you turn your cell phones and pagers to silent upon arrival and to remember to speak in your very soft spa voice once you enter the spa. Please inform your therapist should you need to make a phone call so that you may do so without disturbing other spa guests. Cell phone use may affect the length of your spa services.
